Torrance Transit Park and Ride Regional Terminal, CA

This project is the construction of 17,700 square foot, a New Torrance Transit Park and Ride Regional Terminal with two-story structure, associated with site work improvement, overhead canopies, parking, landscaping, bus island, street widening of Crenshaw Boulevard, extension of 208th street and water piping. The site area is approximately is in 6.7 acres.

MZT took over this project as a prime contractor in compliance with the Code requirements. This terminal includes offices, break room, retail spaces, parking for buses/ automobiles and covered passenger boarding areas. This project is constructed as a Green Building project for new environmentally sensitive and uses state-of-the-art energy efficiency and sustainable building methods. This project is designed to meet a USGBC LEED Gold Certifiable level of construction.
