Repair Vehicle Wash Racks, (JBLM) Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA

The project is to repair and upgrade three Wash Racks on various locations on Joint
Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The wash racks contain hose mounted sprayers, pumps, lighting and water
reclamation facilities. ​

The project consists of repair and refurbish of two pump houses and interior pumps, refurbish of two control building including electrical and control panels. Removal of debris and cleaning of retention ponds, repair the pond liner, cleaning and upgrading basins, repair and upgrading of oil/water separator system, repair of existing sand filters, replacement of site signage, demolition and rebuilding of concrete island washing stations, refurbishment of filter pumps, addition of a water-point, addition of POL dump station, addition of oil/water separator, addition of 500 gallon waste oil storage tanks, and supporting infrastructure upgrades, construction of water point filling stations.
