MZT performed demolition on an outdated rotunda, which created a more modern look for the LA fitness center at NBC Universal. MZT modernized the building by removing the purple and gold radius extension of the building. After demolition, MZT framed the exposed wall and included new glazing, drywall, and finishes as well as resealing the parking lot.  The building was occupied full time while MZT's work was being performed. MZT worked 24/7 through the holidays in order to meet the owner's deadline.
