Complex Stryker Avenue Air Support Operations Squadron Facility, Ft. Lewis, WA

The scope of work for this project at Ft. Lewis, WA included 46,682 SF of new construction including the construction of a two-story 39,866 SF building, with 30,266 SF dedicated to administration training facilities and 9,600 SF to vehicle maintenance, as well as three (3) exterior pre-engineered buildings totaling 6,816 SF to accommodate additional storage.  The main ASOS facility has 60 rooms, including: armory, training rooms, two(2) men’s restrooms with changing areas and showers, two(2) women’s restrooms with changing areas and showers, library, (4) BAMS locker rooms with 168 lockers, a kitchen, break rooms with vending areas, meeting/conference rooms with audio visual accessories, mission planning and schedule rooms, briefing rooms, mobility areas, a laundry room, waiting rooms, a multipurpose area, an electrical room, a mechanical room, a telecommunications room, and lobby areas.
